My name is Jessica and I am a first-time mom to the cutest little dude. In addition to the newest member of our crew, my husband and I have a dog (blue heeler) and two cats – we live on an acreage east of Edmonton, AB. Our oldest (my bonus “kid”) lives in SK, and is enjoying everything early-adulthood brings.

Why KWE (Kids Who Explore)?!

I grew up exploring the outdoors in my own backyard as well as the world around me -- I knew this was something I wanted to incorporate into my role as a parent.

Joining KWE’s Lead Ambassador program seemed like a natural fit for me since I am often the one coming up with adventures to subject my family and friends to.

I have an “everything is figure-out-able” mentality which should serve me well!
