Meet at Tawayik Lake Area (watch for signs showing Tawayik Lake, Shirley Lake, Simmons Trail, Oster & Lake -- these all start from this staging area).
Great opportunity to "scope out" the Oster Lake Back Country Campground. Join for this scoping mission (ahead of the 1-Night Oster Lake Backcountry Adventure to be held June 7/8); or maybe you have no intention of joining the camp-out, but have always been curious what ammenities looks like, would like to ask questions amongst the community, or simply want to get out for a walk.
This trail is chariot-friendly!
