ABOUT THE EVENT
Half an hour brisk walk to picnic spot for morning tea and half an hour brisk walk back on a unpaved/variable terrain path. Beginner level hike requiring kids to be carried at times in appropriate carrier/backpack.
I will wait for 10 min before setting off on hike at 9:40 :)
There will be places to stop and attend to kids etc along the way but its nice to try to keep the pace up for as much as possible to help mental health of the mum/carer which is my primary aim.
An activity/treasure hunt for kids while mums can sit down to have a morning tea break.
